Lenten Foods: Pinoy's choice
No meat? No problem!
Holy week is such a big deal to everyone especially for some
Filipinos. It doesn't focus on spiritual reflection alone but rather, it acted
as a way of self refreshment from work and other stressful matters.
In connection to this, Catholics have been practicing
fasting from eating meat during the Lenten season to at least sympathize with
the sufferings of Christ.
Nonetheless, veggies and seafood were still there to save
the day!
If you're looking forward to participating for the Lenten
season then this one's for you! But if you're more of a meat consumer then you
try to check this dishes out that would surely make you forget meat exists!
